Atollic’s support team always tries to solve your problem with the fastest possible response-time. This time can be dramatically reduced by taking two important proactive steps:
- If you are experiencing an installation related problem – always attach your install.log-file located in “%installdir%\”
- If you are experiencing any other type of problem – always attach your workspace log-file. This file is named “.log”, and is located in “%WORKSPACE%\.metadata\”
